The Miami Arts + Entertainment District is an emerging residential neighborhood connecting Downtown Miami to the Wynwood district. Although the Arts + Entertainment District is commonly grouped together with Wynwood, Edgewater, Midtown and the Design District, the Miami Arts + Entertainment District is actually a distinct neighborhood in Miami that is roughly bound by I-395 to the south, NE 17th Terrace to the north, North Miami Avenue to the west and Biscayne Bay to the east.
The Arts + Entertainment District in Miami has seen immense growth and beautification over the past few years with a full renaissance in its residential, culinary, entertainment and nightlife offerings.
